A great opportunity with a Coraopolis mortgage lending company is available! We are seeking a Typist to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The ideal candidate will possess at least 6+ months of experience in a clerical environment, the ability to type 50+ WPM, be accurate, and detail oriented. The position involves interpreting and entering title and property search data in multiple states, receiving and entering verbal search data, including, but not limited to liens, judgments, mortgages, vesting, legal descriptions, and taxes via telephone, and meeting minimum production standards and on-time performance objectives.
